Proposed Changes
West Virginia Dietetic Association Bylaws 2009

Background:
Draft changes have been proposed to update the WVDA Bylaws. Through the facilitation of ADA leadership, the WVDA Board of Directors met prior to the 2009 spring conference to create a new strategic plan for the organization. The bylaws are now being updated to reflect changes in the strategic plan, including new vision and mission statements, among other revisions.

Your Input is Needed.

The draft document is available online and open for comment from WVDA members (you will need to login to view these changes). This input will determine member acceptance of bylaws and provide opportunity for further editing if necessary.

This version of the bylaws is currently a draft and is not to be considered an official document. A final version will be completed and shared with members pending any proposed changes.
The draft can be found here. Please forward your comments to WVDA leadership at Angel.Casto@LPNT.net. Thank you for helping to promote WVDA and its mission.
