Sponsor/Exhibitor Information

We invite you to sponsor or exhibit with us at our WVAND Annual Conference to be held on April 26th-April 27th, 2023 at Saint John XXIII Pastoral Center in Charleston, WV. Registration closes April 18th, 2023. Wednesday April 26th, 2023 will be a social in the evening starting at 7pm where you will be able to set up your booth and meet with attendees.

  • Exhibitor: $300 for Profit Organization & $75 for Non-Profit Organization
  • Networking Break: $500- Exhibit fee waived,lunch provided, & recognition of break sponsorship provided
  • Sponsorship: Minimum of $50 where you will receive recognition of your support during the conference
  • Registration Inserts: $50-must be received 2 weeks prior to conference
  • Coupons: $50-must be received 2 weeks prior to conference
  • Samples/Snacks-Quantity of 150
